Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold specialty beverages with high quality and consistency, including advanced techniques like latte art and "dialing in" espresso.
Mentorship & Training:
Train and mentor junior baristas on proper techniques, customer service standards, and cafe offerings.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining menu items, making recommendations, and handling complaints effectively.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels, preparing requisitions, receiving deliveries, and maintaining product freshness.
Equipment & Cleanliness:
Maintain and clean coffee equipment and the work area to ensure high standards of hygiene and functionality.
Operational Support:
Assist with opening and closing procedures, operating the Point of Sales (POS) system, and preparing for shifts.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and support overall store success.
