Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Barista to join our passionate team and grow with us.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) with consistent quality Assist senior baristas in operating espresso machines and grinders Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment Support cafe staff with order taking, serving, and customer interaction Follow cafe recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Learn and adapt quickly to new menu items and seasonal drinks Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety standards
Requirements

Previous barista or cafe experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided) Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty brewing methods Strong customer service and communication skills Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and mornings
