We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused
Barista
to join our cafe team at a premium Padel Club in rooftop of Nad AL Sheba Mall. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced, sports-driven environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality beverages and excellent service to our players and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, fresh juices, and beverages
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
Provide friendly and professional service to club members and guests
Operate coffee machines, blenders, and POS systems
Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, bar counter, and seating areas
Monitor stock levels and assist with daily inventory
Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic latte art is a plus
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, active sports environment
Flexible to work shifts, evenings, and weekends
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
