Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality espresso-based and other hot/cold beverages according to Wala Offee standards.?
Lead and support junior baristas: train on recipes, latte art, customer service, and equipment handling.?
Oversee daily coffee bar operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, hygiene, and display standards in line with UAE F&B regulations.?
Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and reduce wastage of coffee, milk, syrups, and other consumables.?
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming guest experience at all times.
