o Managing inventory
o Maintain work area, and daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment
o Mentoring team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee preparation, professionalism, patron service, hygiene & cleanliness
o Implement shift protocols and train all baristas to ensure efficient, friendly service and high-quality coffee
o Cultivate positive, proactive relationships with all coworkers
o Regularly taste coffee drinks made by you and other baristas, to maintain standards and develop a palate
o Offer constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality of coffee preparation, professionalism, patron service hygiene & cleanliness
o Support your team in keeping the cafe running smoothly and beautifully
o Help design signature, and specialty coffee/drink preparations
