Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Lead and support the barista team, ensuring consistent service and standards.
Train new staff in brewing, latte art, and customer service.
Manage daily stock and maintain cleanliness of the cafe/bar area.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Barista (1+ year in a senior role preferred).
Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
