Job Description

We specialize in luxury real estate development and strive to create an exceptional client experience. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista in our high-end real estate office, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, providing outstanding service to our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages using professional coffee machines.

Create visually appealing coffee art to enhance the client experience.

Craft a range of hot and cold beverages, including teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station.

Interact with clients and staff in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

Ensure all beverages meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

Manage inventory and supplies related to coffee and beverage service.

Assist with other hospitality duties as needed.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Barista.



Proficiency in using coffee machines and creating coffee art.



Ability to prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, including teas and smoothies.



Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.

Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
