The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of coffee craft, excellent leadership abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the Senior Barista, you will oversee daily cafe operations, train and mentor team members, and ensure every cup served reflects our high standards of quality and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve premium-quality coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards.
Supervise, motivate, and support the barista team to ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service.
Train new staff and provide continuous coaching, performance feedback, and skill development.
Manage inventory levels, order coffee and supplies, and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and all coffee-making equipment.
Monitor and coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing.
Collaborate with management to develop, refine, and introduce new beverage offerings.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including sales and staff performance updates.
Requirements
Minimum 4
years of barista experience
, including at least
2 years in a supervisory or head barista position
.
In-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso calibration, and latte art.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Positive attitude and passion for exceptional customer service.
Basic understanding of stock management and cost control.
Fluency in
English
