Conduct regular machine calibrations

Maintain consistency of the coffee served to the customer

Support the team members in the bar

Recommend the best coffee for the customer and perform after sales

Familiarizations with the retail & wholesale rates

Monitoring of stocks for both retail and bar

Participate in cupping for the new coffee origins if needed

Maintain cleanliness and observe proper hygiene in the assigned area

Provide customer feedback to the operations & QC

Maintain confidentiality of the companies trade secret

Observe standard brewing aligned with the SCA

Train and motivate the team members

Menu & recipe creations

Oversee stocks and supplies needed in the bar operations

Manage daily/weekly schedules

Observe the bar standard operating procedures(SOP's)

Daily submission of daily sales to the finance department.

Line management of Jr, Baristas and Trainees including waitstaff.
