Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java 11, Kotlin, and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs following best practices in microservices and service-oriented architecture.
• Apply principles of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Implement caching strategies including in-memory and database query caching for optimized performance.
• Work with distributed systems and cloud-native designs for reliability and scalability.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through rigorous testing and code review practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications in Azure and Linux environments.
• Manage version control through GitHub or Bitbucket, ensuring proper code documentation and versioning.
• Utilize tools such as Gradle for build automation and configuration management.
• Participate in Agile sprints, providing technical guidance, design input, and effort estimation.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java, Spring, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST principles, reactive programming, and design patterns.
• Proficient in Java 11, Kotlin, and frameworks such as Spring Boot or Micronaut.
• Experience in containerized and distributed environments, especially with Azure Cloud and Linux systems.
• Knowledge of cryptography, caching mechanisms, and API security.
• Skilled in Agile software development, version control systems, and build automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
