Job Description
- Strategically manage the stores in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce company operational policies and procedures
- Maintain all the warehousing and transportation compliances and requirements
- Manage inventory, maintaining safety stock, effective space utilization at the stores
- Implement the forecasting model, setting up min max, reorder level
- Monitor all the requests from the end users and follow up with the COE
- Ensure the deadline for feedback and delivery to units are met
- Manage and redistribute expired and near expiry stock
- Control inventory levels by conducting periodic cycle counts and stock takes
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (pending request report, non-moving/dead stock report etc.)
- Receive regular feedback from end users and monitor the quality of service provided
- Ensure smooth and seamless flow of information and stock items
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Ensure standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
