Issues IOM to PR department for processing employment visa/work Permit for new recruits
Coordinates induction programs, on-boarding kits and joining formalities of all new joiners
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements such as appointment letter, labour contracts etc are issued to the new joiners at the time of joining
Sending emails with information about the organization and the position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options
Providing Username, password, ID card access for new joiners through IT assistance
Recruitment and Selection
Source candidates from social networking sites, consultancies and other appropriate channels of the recruitment
Coordinates and schedules interviews of the shortlisted candidates
Collects credentials and other related documents to create personal files of the selected candidates
Compensation and Benefits
Ensures that compensation practices follow current labor legislation and regulations
Comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analysis, bench-marking
Records Management
Maintains personal files with accurate documentation of all employees as per the standard checklist
Ensures issuance and filing of different types of internal letters and salary certificates in the personal employee files
Maintains update-to-date records of all employees in the HR portal
Insurance
Prepares and ensure that the monthly deletion list for IP and life Insurance is updated regularly
Verify that the reimbursement claim details are accurate and send it to the insurance company for IP insurance
Coordinate with the insurance companies and accounts for necessary premium credit note settlement
Contract Renewal
Issues the IOM for the contract renewal employees to the PR department, with necessary documents
Distributes the labour card and labour contract to the concerned employee
Uploads the contract Renewal details in the HR portal
Medical License renewal
Prepares and ensure that trackers are updated regularly for the licensed employees
Uploads relevant documents through the online site for renewals
Submits the renewal bills to ensure that the payments are made to the concerned bank and maintain a signed copy in the employee file
Labour Contract and License
Collect the license, labour card and contract from PR and updates the records in the HR portal
Ensures that the labour card is handed over to the new employees
Notify concerned departments of the exiting employee status
Issues the IOM to PR department for the cancellation of labour contract and visas (if applicable)
Ensures employees last working day and details of any annual leave outstanding to the human resources department
Ensures resignation in writing and forwards the letter of resignation and a copy of the acknowledgement to the HR department
Advanced Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training
HR Certification preferred
Minimum Experience
0 - 2 years
Specific / Relevant Experience
Previous HR experience preferred
Experience in healthcare organization preferred
