What the job involves
- Involvement in all aspects of the asset management of all real estate investments executed by the firm
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all operational and financial performance of the assets
- Working with the value creation team to develop and deliver the expected returns of such investments
- Represent the firm to the market, to partners and to all relevant stakeholders and relevant authorities
- This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced professional at a top-tier management consulting firm, private equity firm or specialist real asset advisory firm
- Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation and asset management
- Ability to analyse complex data and present, consider and recommend solutions to all relevant stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Power Bi or SQL is advantageous
- You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
- High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
