This role will report directly into the head of the team, and requires you to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.

This role will report directly into the head of the team, and requires you to be based full-time in Abu Dhabi.
What the job involves
- Managing junior and mid-level professionals in the team
- Measure performance of the team, providing guidance for the achievement of team targets and ensure continuous improvement of all internal procedures and methods of the team
- Develop and execute the real estate strategy of the firm, including the monetization of multiple types of real estate assets
- Oversee and track the progress of defined value creation plans
- Represent the firm to the market, to partners and to all relevant stakeholders and relevant authorities
- This opportunity would be suitable for an experienced professional at a top-tier asset manager, private equity firm or specialist real asset firm
- Significant experience of managing a large multi-asset portfolio, as well as overseeing real asset transactions from start to close
- Experience in financial modelling and analysis, valuation and asset management
- Ability to analyse complex data and present, consider and recommend solutions to all relevant stakeholders
- You should have a degree and/or MBA from a top-tier university. CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically
- High professional integrity, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Willing to be based in the Middle East full-time
