Robotic process automation (RPA) is the application of technology allowing employees in a company to configure computer software or a robot to capture and interpret existing applications for processing a transaction, manipulating data, triggering responses and communicating with other digital systems. In other words, it involves automating certain tasks or processes that manipulate data. It is a form of automation where intelligent software processes take over certain tasks that have typically been performed by human beings. Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as Business Analyst to be responsible for creating and implement RPA projects. We are a group of dynamic and driven individuals. Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Ensure business requirements are clearly and completely documented in pre-agreed formats and signed off by business users & translated to technical specifications. Engage with client in interactive requirement gathering session demonstrating domain and solution knowledge and industry best practices. Organizing meetings with stakeholders for capturing requirements and turning them into an SRS document.
- Solution Mapping: Ensure functional requirements are fully met by proposed IT solution. Appreciation & understanding of the Technology platforms including packaged solutions relevant for the industry
- Process Discussions: Capturing as-is and to-be processes with respect to the business. Conducting business process improvement meetings with our clients. UI & UX Discussion: Conducting UI & UX customer experience sessions with the client
- Documentation: Developing requirements documents, functional specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts
- Requirements Management: Capturing detailed scope of change requests.
- Develop and manage the relationship between IT, Product Team and business units
- Maintaining client relationship
- Supervise and guide the project & development team and ensure they are given required support
- Liaise with pre-sales and sales team for product demo and presentations
Qualifications:To succeed in this position, you must:- Any graduation or a related technical field - MBA preferred
- Professional certificate in Business Analysis/Banking preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
- Basic knowledge on RPA and Automation tools like UiPath, Pega, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere etc.
- RPA certification would be added advantage.
- Fluency in English
- Enhanced planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Presentation and document preparation skills
- Experience on Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Requirements Solutioning and Design
- F&A Domain experience is must
- Req gathering and solutioning
- Creating a test plan and running the test scripts
- Strong consulting and customer facing skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Develop and manage the relationship between IT, Product Team and business units
- Maintaining client relationship
- Supervise and guide the project & development team and ensure they are given required support
- Liaise with pre-sales and sales team for product demo and presentations
