You will be joining a fast-growing, fast-moving investment team with a global remit. The team is well-funded and has an entrepreneurial culture. What the job involves
- Play an integral role in the origination, evaluation and execution of direct investment opportunities in food and agriculture private equity
- Assist with the origination of new investments
- Support across all aspects of the transaction process from initial due diligence to portfolio monitoring
- Take significant responsibility in the preparation of materials including detailed committee papers
- Attend advisory board meetings and AGMs
- Strong academic track record from leading institutions
- Demonstrable experience in investment banking, from the M&A or leveraged finance teams, and/or private equity investment experience
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally
