Position Overview
The Senior Associate Global Employer Services role at Deloitte Dubai supports clients with Emiratization advisory and immigration compliance services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on Emiratization policies, trends, and best practices to support client advisory work
• Research UAE immigration, labor, social security, and payroll regulations across relevant jurisdictions
• Support drafting of advisory notes and workforce strategies related to national workforce initiatives
• Manage routine and complex labor and immigration queries with government authorities
• Support delivery of immigration compliance services to clients across sectors
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, government bodies, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to accurate and timely advisory outputs aligned with regulatory requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline
• Emirati National with a valid family book
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, Emiratization advisory, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws and workforce nationalization programs such as Nafis and Tawteen
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a multicultural professional environment
• Strong proficiency in English and Arabic
