Job Description

:
Warehouse Operations:
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for inventory replenishment.
Order Fulfillment:
  • Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping to meet delivery schedules and accuracy targets.
  • Troubleshoot issues in the order fulfillment process and ensure timely resolution.
Staff Supervision:
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards.
  • Monitor employee productivity and implement improvement strategies.
Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, including equipment maintenance and employee safety protocols.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze reports on key warehouse metrics, including inventory levels, order accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Recommend operational improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software (e.g., WMS, ERP systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
