- Work & drive operations on ground by bringing efficiencies in respective department allocated and be part of driving central projects for site.
- Independently drive their specific projects end to end with relevant stakeholder management, Central Supply chain planning - Capacity & Operational Planning & Process Improvements
- Innovative and motivated team to work within our leadership team at site and central supply chain team through projects.
- Support strategic projects that allows you to have a real impact on the business.
- Will be expected to quickly understand operations and able to drive independently and develop business understanding.
- Challenge existing wisdom/ways of working and bring innovation
- A self-starter with a keen interest in solving issues on the ground and bring efficiencies for the team and ensure team productivity and motivation.
- Open to work in different time shifts as per business requirement.
- To support and coordinate system and process enhancement related project
- Experience or understanding of operational process, shift planning and execution.
- Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments
- Analytical approach is a must with ability to think out of box solutions.
- Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments
- Ensure relevant on-going learning and development of all employees on communication methods
- Provide technical expertise to the team
- Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Engineering Graduate
- MBA - Supply chain
- Membership of an industry related professional body would be advantageous
- Six Sigma or equivalent qualification
