Coordinator Fleet Operations
Responsibilities:
Fleet Operations & Logistics
- Coordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle dispatch, routing, and scheduling.
- Support middle mile and last mile delivery operations ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure fleet operations comply with UAE road laws and transport regulations across all emirates.
- Stay updated on emirate-specific restrictions such as truck movement timings, ADAS requirements, and licensing norms.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with external vendors for vehicle leasing, maintenance, and fuel supply.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective fleet operations.
- Track and analyze fleet-related expenses including fuel, maintenance, and tolls.
- Use fleet management software to monitor vehicle performance, route optimization, and driver behavior.
- Generate reports on fleet KPIs, cost metrics, and delivery SLAs.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in fleet coordination or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of UAE transport laws and emirate-specific regulations.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
