Overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for major real estate developmentsLeading fundraising efforts and structuring capital solutions with banks and investorsDriving strategic planning and market analysis to support investment decisionsManaging budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance trackingPreparing and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholdersSupporting M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
Profile
5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or real estate financeCA required; MBA and/or CFA preferredProven expertise in financial modeling and investment analysisStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of real estate market dynamics and project financing
