- Design and implement complex networking solutions over a large enterprise level network.
- The person should be able to troubleshoot difficult or chronic problems and identifies both short and long term solutions. In addition, this person will define network standards and create documentation to support these standards.
- Manage multiple network infrastructure projects and operational tasks concurrently.
- Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Network Devices (SDWAN, Cisco Viptella, Umbrella, Azure Cloud ,OPC Cloud, AWS Cloud, Cisco ISE, Cisco WLC, Cisco ASA, Fortinet FW, Forcepoint FW, Cisco Routers, Switches , Meraki Access Points, Pulse Secure Remote VPN and IP Telephony).
- Providing Support on CUCM, CUC, CUE, UCCE, UCCX and voice gateways.
- Prepares and maintains documentation of network configurations and detailed drawings for network architecture.
- Provides specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
- Provides technical leadership and change ownership.
- Ensure that the BAU Systems WAN and LANs are operating efficiently and optimal, so that all service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Lead medium size project initiatives and provides technical expertise to network team.
Required Skills:
- Proven Experience of network engineering experience with focus on Security and Cisco SDWAN Viptella deployment.
- Proven Experience with supporting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Experience supporting IP Telephony, including setup, configuration and troubleshooting any related issues.
- Effectively communicate with customers and technical staff to troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems.
- Working knowledge in BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, DMVPN, HSRP, PBR, CBAC, VRF, PKI\xe2\x80\x99s Client and Clientless SSL VPN, Windows AD/ DNS/DHCP/PKI and 802.1x and EAP-TLS.
- Proven experience on Cisco ASR and ISR Routers and L2/L3 Switches.
- CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security certification.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills desirable.
- Ability to work independently, ability to define priorities and meet critical deadlines.
- Extensive experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting QoS.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOMs) as well as other related documentation for various projects and tasks.
- Evaluate network requirements and make technical recommendations.
- AWS/Azure cloud experience will be an advantage.
