We're hiring: Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you'll play a key role in driving meaningful change -- supporting team leadership, transforming data into powerful insights, developing actionable recommendations, and delivering compelling client presentations across multi-sector initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead analytical execution and deliver high-quality client outputs Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day client management Translate innovative ideas into clear, client-ready insights and recommendations Support and, where appropriate, own client communications Guide and mentor analyst team members and oversee research efforts Participate in and occasionally drive firm-wide initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

+ 4+ years of experience in consulting (management consulting preferred) + Strong client-facing experience with high attention to detail
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
+ Ability to work independently with sound judgment and initiative
+ Strong analytical skillset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (National ID or transferable Iqama)
