, supporting clients across diverse sectors including corporate, industrial, service-oriented, and public entities. The role entails managing and executing a wide range of financial and risk advisory engagements such as internal audits, policy and procedure development, compliance assessments (e.g., Basel III/IV where applicable), credit and financial risk evaluations, internal control reviews (e.g., ICOFR) etc.
In addition to project delivery, the candidate will play an active role in business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting client relationship management to grow the Financial & Risk Advisory service line. The selected individual will work closely with senior advisors and industry specialists, delivering value-driven insights that align strategic priorities with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across varied operating environments.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
1. Client Management and Relationship Building
You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Undertake client delivery work in GCC including operational improvement, business process re-engineering, operating model assessment, design and transformation projects, internal audits, SOPs development, IFRS implementation, ICOFR compliance reviews, accounting advisory, and risk management.
Support the development of new propositions to help our client standardize their operations in the most efficient and effective manner.
2. Assignment Execution
Execute end-to-end consulting engagements focused on meeting client requirements, regulatory standards and best practices.
Develop yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in industry, updates to regulatory frameworks and the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.
3. Team Play
Work and coordinate with colleagues across Insights offices on client work and internal initiatives as well as with international teams where appropriate; and keep up to date with current trends from the region and from across the world.
4. Assistance to Senior Management
Contribute towards strategic development along-side day to day ad-hoc tasks assigned by the senior management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Knowledge / Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point, with the ability to perform data-driven analysis.
Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of risk, controls, and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, upholding high ethical standards and integrity, especially in regulated financial settings.
Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple advisory engagements and timelines within a dynamic and compliance-driven sector.
Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and regulatory expectations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Fluency in English with professional-level communication; especially for client engagement and documentation in the KSA financial and non-financial services context.
