Follow Us on LinkedIn: Organize, plan and manage the sales aspects of all assigned accounts and markets in a particular Region (e.g. Africa, Middle East, GCC Countries) in order to optimize sales gross and profit. Key Responsibilities : Sales and profit - Ensure that sales and gross profit goals are achieved, through the activities of managing, promoting, and selling, within the commercial policies of the company. Customer relations - Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact, customer site visits, swift and professional reactions to requests and complaints, and following up on quotations and leads, in order to be the leaders on the market and to lock out the competition. Extension of the market - Manage Donaldson presence in the market area by exploring and communicating new opportunities, Create leads for Managers and contribute to widening the team's knowledge of applications on the market. Reporting - Formulates accurate and timely reporting on activities, issues, and forecasts to ensure the proper flow of relevant information.

Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Knowledge required : Education: Technical or Commercial bachelor Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in Industrial sales in an international business environment Specific Knowledge/ Skills/Competences : Good knowledge of Rotating Equipment in the region handled. Languages preference: English and Arabic (Spoken fluent) IT, PC, and Computer skills: Office Suite, CRM, Oracle R12

Business Understanding : Understanding of the company's business strategies Profound understanding of customer satisfaction and customer relationships Understanding of the competitiveness of a proposed solution and price Understanding of the profitability of a project Good knowledge of GTS products.
