Salary: 40,000 AED per month
We are partnering with a leading real estate and property development company in Dubai to recruit a Senior Architecture Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the full design lifecycle across all projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
Develop and manage the procurement strategy for design services, including issuing RFPs, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts with architects, designers, and specialist consultants.
Formulate and implement long-term architectural strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on scalability, sustainability, and innovation.
Oversee the architectural design budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues or conflicts to maintain project integrity and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials (preferred).
7-10 years of experience in architectural management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale design projects.
Proficient in architectural design software and tools, including AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
