Firas Engineering Consultancy is seeking a

highly talented Architectural Designer

with a strong design background and a passion for creating exceptional architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

and have a

minimum of 10 years of proven experience

in the field. This role requires a

multi-project-oriented team player

with excellent design sensibility, presentation skills, and technical expertise.

As part of our design team, you will collaborate closely with the

Project Designer

to deliver innovative and high-quality architectural solutions. You should be able to

analyze design briefs

develop creative concepts

, and

communicate ideas effectively

through sketches, renderings, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Detailing:

Extensive experience in designing luxury homes, mosques, and multi-story buildings.

Regulatory Knowledge:

Deep understanding of local Authorities' requirements, UAE building codes, zoning regulations, and international design standards.

Conceptualization and Visualization:

Ability to conceptualize ideas quickly and present them clearly through hand sketches and 3D visualizations.

Documentation:

Strong skills in creating detailed design drawings, presentations, and construction documents.

Adaptability:

and effectively contribute to a collaborative team.
