Senior Architect Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a strong background in architecture and interior design to lead projects through various stages, including Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Issued for Construction (IFC). The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local regulations in the Middle East and prior experience in consultancy. Proficiency in Revit is required for this role. Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local regulations in the Middle East and prior experience in consultancy. Proficiency in Revit is required for this role. Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural and interior design process through SD, DD, and IFC stages, ensuring adherence to project requirements and local regulations.
- Develop innovative design concepts and solutions that align with client needs, project objectives, and regional standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to integrate architectural designs seamlessly into project deliverables.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of local regulations and codes applicable to projects in the Middle East, ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the design process.
- Utilize Revit software proficiently to produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and project progress.
- Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders to incorporate specialized requirements into architectural designs as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of architectural deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and development, with a focus on SD, DD, and IFC project stages.
- Prior consultancy experience is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of local regulations and building codes applicable in countries within the Middle East.
- Proficiency in Revit software for architectural design and documentation.
- Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural designs.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
