Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position will be responsible for facilitating the coordination of the architectural and engineering services on the project. Responsibilities:
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Leading and managing a team with regard to infrastructure design work through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on a high rise mixed-use development project.
- Ensuring a high quality service is delivered throughout the project, whilst maintaining minimum standards in accordance with the Project Management scope of services.
- Evaluating and reporting on technical tender submittals.
- Advising the client on all matters pertaining to programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, working drawings, tender documents, tender submittals and evaluation.
- Monitoring the executions, administrations and performance of the design development.
- Responsible for workshops, progress meetings and design management meetings and will be required to establish the methodology for ensuring the production of complete and approved design, tender and contract documentation.
- Demonstrating excellent communication and time management skills
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
Must be proficient in MS Office Application (Word,excel, Project, Power point) and various Architectural design programs.
