Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a technical leader who can manage complex project phases, , and drive project delivery with a high degree of autonomy and expertise. The ideal candidate will be an expert in BIM methodologies, construction documentation, and advanced visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and production of comprehensive 2D and 3D drawingsets, including detailed construction documents.
Oversee the creation and coordination of accurate shop drawingsfor fabrication and construction.
Lead the development and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects using Revit*, acting as a project BIM lead.

Collaborate with and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP engineers, etc.) to ensure seamless project integration.
Generate high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations using 3ds Maxfor client presentations, design validation, and marketing.
Prepare and review technical documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards, building codes, and client requirements.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for specific project packages.
Mentor and guide junior architects and technicians, promoting best practices in BIM, CAD, and 3D visualization.
Interface directly with clients, contractors, and approval authorities.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional license as a Grade A Architect
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for post-production and presentation, 3D MAX, REVIT, AUTOCAD , BIM
Excellent written and verbal communication, and client management skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
