Our client is an architectural and advisory practice that is based in central Dubai and specializes in healthcare, wellness and hospitality projects. They are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for architecture, exemplary design skills, effective communication abilities, and a robust technical background. Responsibilities Design Leadership:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to project goals.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Oversee and coordinate architectural projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency in architectural design, drawing production, and construction detailing.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and construction methods to integrate cutting-edge technologies into designs.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead client presentations, workshops, and design reviews, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Collaborate with junior architects and interdisciplinary teams to foster a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional development.
- Ensure the highest quality standards in design and documentation, adhering to industry regulations and codes.
- Conduct regular quality reviews to maintain project integrity.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other relevant design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
