Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Role required to work as a Senior Architect \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architect from an accredited University \xc2\xb7 Researches, programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for client. Knowledge of building codes and building materials . Produce conceptual plans, renderings and documents. . Coordinates with the concerned authorities and client to integrates engineering elements into unified designs and obtain drawing approvals and permits . Supervise and check activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for Conceptual design phases. . Organizing and attending meetings relating to the project site/client/sub-contractors and present necessary reports. Educational, Experience & Other Skills . Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architect from an accredited University . Society of Engineering (SOE) Membership . Minimum 10 years of Architectural experience in Dubai . Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction system and site requirements. . Proficiency in 2D / 3D software . Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
