Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional, and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services. Based from our office in Dubai, we are seeking a Senior Architect to help coordinate and deliver large-scale developments touching a number of markets such as residential, mixed use, hospitality, healthcare and ancillary buildings for infrastructure projects. In this role you will be responsible for design and coordination of all design stages from concept design through to Issue For Construction and will be able to deal with vendors and suppliers as well as multiple sub consultants involving complex coordination across F&B, fa\xc3\xa7ade, landscape, water features and swimming pools. You will be looking for the ultimate solution that will add value to the design process and will be able to articulate your ideas and solutions confidently to decision makers. You will be dealing with multidisciplinary coordination, communicating with internal technical stakeholders including structure, mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety professionals to ensure full life cycle projects are in BIM and Navisworks. You will be participating in workshops helping to guide teams in the right direction, ensuring that the quality of the deliverables is fully coordinated in line with client requirements. You will be at mid-career level with a Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, with experience in a senior level Architectural position in design and delivery of various types of building projects of scale and complexity. You will also be able to interface confidently with clients and major stakeholders. You will have experience coordinating small to medium size architectural teams and will come with a high-end portfolio of projects delivered. You will have experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD 2D. Exposure to working with BIM 360, Navisworks, InDesign and Photoshop are essential. Rhino would be an additional advantage.
