Job Description
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent engineering knowledge, as well as having the ability to take initiative and prioritize client\'s interests. A solid knowledge, communications skills, in addition to the ability of taking charge will ensure your success in this role. Responsibilities Design/Office Duties:
Expected Start Date: 23/10/2023
- Preparing project work plan.
- Coordinating with the design team.
- Preparing BOQs.
- Purchsing & Procurement activities.
- Sales & Business Development.
- Site supervision and project management.
- Assuring Health&Safety practices are followed in site.
- Inspecting materials and approving/rejecting materials.
- Preparing weekly work progress reports.
- Verify work progress bills submitted by contractors and approving/rejecting it.
- Liaising with contractors\xe2\x80\x99 teams during projects construction.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Candidate must have minimum of 4 years experience in a construction company or interior decoration office.
- Candidate must be based in Dubai.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Great work ethics.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design related programs.
