Job Description
Senior Architect Silver Heights Engineering Consultants is looking to Hire a Senior Architect in Dubai Office Responsibilities:
- Handle Architectural activities
- Authorities Submission ( DM \xe2\x80\x93 DCD \xe2\x80\x93 TRAKHESS \xe2\x80\x93 DDA \xe2\x80\xa6etc)
- Conduct necessary coordination between various design departments such as architects, MEP and QS.
- Coordinate with clients and various authorities.
- Attend Site Meeting and Authority Inspections.
- Architectural Drawings and Interior Design
- Review detailed design drawings produced by the team before tendering.
- Reply to site RFIs for Architectural queries.
- leadership and managing team Member
- UAE Driving License
- Expert in CAD
- Expert in Interior Design Software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture
- +5 Years Experience
- SOE Registratoin ( Preferable)
- DM Registration (preferable)
- leadership Skills
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- Architect: 5 years (Required)
- English (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
