We are seeking a talented Senior Architect with over 10 years of experience in luxury residential villas. The ideal candidate will be an expert in concept design, proficient in SketchUp for facades design, and experienced in using AutoCAD for furniture layout. As a senior member of our team, the candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, coordinating with the project team, and ensuring the quality of the final product. Responsibilities: Lead the concept design process for luxury residential villas Develop and implement design strategies that meet project requirements Coordinate with the project team to ensure that design concepts are executed effectively Use SketchUp to create 3D facades designs Use AutoCAD to create furniture layouts and design details Communicate design ideas and strategies effectively with the project team Ensure the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the design process Qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture Over 10 years of experience in luxury residential villas Expertise in SketchUp for facades design Proficient in AutoCAD for furniture layout and design details Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong project management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively with the project team and clients Familiarity with construction methods and materials Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
