Location: DUBAI Positions: 1 Has a good experience in DDA & Tarakhees Minimum 8 years experience Responsibilities:

Develop and manage architectural designs, blueprints, and plans for various construction and renovation projects.
Ensure that designs are safe, functional, and meet all relevant building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that design specifications are accurate and meet project requirements.
Manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Oversee and mentor junior architects and other staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Participate in project meetings, and provide updates on project progress and any issues that may arise.
Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and construction methods, and incorporate these into design plans as appropriate.
Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that their expectations are met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve architectural processes and methodologies.
Review and approve all architectural plans and drawings to ensure they meet all necessary standards and requirements.
Conducts basic interpretations of sketches, drawings, codes, building programs, and other similar material.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Revit, Indesign, and MS programs
