Preferably with Trakhees Card Job Roles & Responsibilities: Project Delivery Responsibilities Perform hands-on role of Projects Architect and coordinate a team of other architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers. Able to develop exceptional concept designs, schematic design and detailed designs for projects such as residential, commercial, shopping centers etc. Candidate must have very thorough knowledge of all structural/MEP/HVAC/FF systems and their impact on the overall architectural design and necessary approvals from related authorities. Understand the impact of compensation for services performed and accordingly monitor project schedules, man-hour costing and budgets to ensure profitable completion. Ensure timely delivery of design drawings that are professionally executed within established budgets. Systematically manage projects, as well as work within teams. Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners/vendors alike. Meeting with clients & understanding their requirements and incorporating the same along with maintaining email communication with clients. Work along with the technical and design staff, including design and technical direction, support of the site management teams are required. Ensure constructive leadership and mentoring of junior staff and effective collaboration with other offices and divisions. Design/Production Responsibilities Ensure that all design drawings for Architecture, Interior design, Services and structural are produced and completed with high levels of technical competency and complete coordination. At the beginning of each project arrive at a project design delivery program which is approved by the management and then ensure that production of drawings are completed in the scheduled/programmed man hours. Ensure quality assurance mandates and processes occur Review and be accountable for design and relevant drawings/documentation Promote an environment that fosters innovation BD/Client Relationship Responsibilities: Increase client service, retention of current clientele, and increasing client base Pro-actively externally promotes the services of the Company Great Interpersonal ability and should ensure very professional and cordial relationship with the clients. Technical Responsibilities: Proficiency in Auto Cad/Revit/ArchiCad/BIM. Other basic MS office software required for communication, planning/scheduling and presentation. Good understanding of the Green regulations for all type of projects and to coordinate with third party external consultants to obtain approvals for our projects. Absolute understanding of all phrases of a project. Designing and coordination with detailed knowledge of all MEP services and structural elements in the design development. Obtaining approvals & NOC's from all government departments Ensuring quality completion of all design stages. Direct exposure and experience with Dubai Municipality, RTA, JAFZA, TECOM, TRAKHEES, DEWA and Civil Defense requirements and other necessary legislation.
