Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design from concept to execution for residential and mixed-use projects Coordinate with consultants, clients, and local authorities in Dubai Prepare design presentations, proposals, and statutory documentation Actively support business development through client meetings, project pitching, and proposal preparation Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and design intent

Eligibility & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience

in architecture Proven exposure to

Business Development / Client Coordination

Experience in the

Dubai / UAE market

with knowledge of local regulations and approval processes is preferred Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and presentation software
