SENIOR ARCHITECT REQUIRED WITH HEALTHCARE PROJECTS EXPERIENCE Immediate Joining Candidates with minimum 05 years Hospital Experience only need to apply Leading Healthcare provider in UAE is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, talented Healthcare Senior Architect in Al Ain City with experience in architectural design, contract documents and specifications relating specifically to healthcare projects. Candidates should have knowledge of healthcare design, planning and modern healthcare delivery. This position includes coordinating the work of both the architectural and engineering team(s) through SD, DD, CD and the construction phases of a new project, expansion or renovation, and requires managing internal coordination meetings, client meetings and reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Qualifications BS/BA Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university required Revit proficient; AutoCAD Familiar with DOH & FGI guideline requirements (HTM & HBN are a plus) Comprehensive understanding of various building codes including UAE Civil Defense and NFPA Experience in all phases of design including *Drawings and details preparation/coordination, *Healthcare Products/FF&FE selection and specification including supplier coordination *Tender preparation and evaluation *Construction experience is a plus *Healthcare project renovation design experience is a plus Good client and team management skills and great customer service abilities Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong leadership and self-motivation skills and abilities Job Type: Full-time
