A senior business analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization\'s operations and processes in order to identify areas of improvement and help the organization achieve its strategic goals. Assist the Projects Manager(s) and work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders on Business Transformational initiatives across all business lines and operating companies to deliver faster, full scope, under budget, risk free projects.
Accountabilities:
Support planning and delivery of the assigned small scale (Single business function) transformation projects/programs
Support the Project Managers/Program Managers in delivery by coordinating efforts between various project across departments, functions, and group activities.
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and third-party consultants to understand business requirements, align objectives, drive progress & accountability of project from conception to completion.
Define the Business problem and formulating the business case for taking up the project.
Develop Project Plan, RACI Matrix, Sprint Plans, etc. with optimized timeline, budget, and resources.
Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, desk top procedures, training documents, etc.
Adhere to the Transformation Office projects and Program governance processes and templates by providing transparent and timely updates on activities and performance.
Maintain confidentiality of all information shared at all times
Comply with company and functional governance and control requirements
Reporting - Accountable for the creation and delivery of regular reporting communications and analysis of the assigned projects/Programs
Benefits Management - Work closely with the project team upon the project\'s completion and record the benefits that have been realized.
Work with internal/external teams to ensure smooth communications and timely and accurate exchange of information.
Make recommendations through in-person presentations or in written format.
Conduct or recommend options for employee training, as needed.
Gather data and organize information about the problem that must be solved or a method that has to be improved.
Discuss, provide feedback, and follow up with Projects/Program teams to make sure the recommendations for changes are working.
Qualifications & Experience:
A university degree in Business Management or an equivalent.
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in a Business Analyst Role, supporting business transformation projects or large scale organizational wide projects.
Consulting experience preferred.
