ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Treasury Business Support
To perform the role of a checker to validate trade booking in systems, review trade confirmation, brokerage invoices, collateral margin/return, static data and release payment messages related to FX, MM, Investments, Derivatives, Collateral Management and Nostro cash management desk to ensure the accuracy of the data presented and its compliance to the banks requirements.
Supervise specific day-to-day Treasury operations processes related to trade validation, matching settlements, reconciliations, static data and Nostro Cash Management to ensure they are in line with bank policies and procedures.
Provide on job training to new joiners to ensure they well versed in department processes and requirements.
2. Reporting and Monitoring
Perform specific reporting including financial/regulatory reporting, department Management Information Systems (MIS), Nostro position reporting to MM desk to ensure the reporting is accurate and timely.
Perform specific reconciliations, such as trade, portfolio, accounting, department control reports etc. to ensure the correct exposure in the system.
3. Risk Management
Assist in monitoring operational risk issues by following processes and controls within the bank\xe2\x80\x99s risk and incident management framework in order to inform the line manager to take actions accordingly.
4. Relationship Management
Liaise with internal departments on matters of Treasury operations and Sharia principles to ensure all related functions are executed accurately, within the required timeframes and as per Islamic regulatory standards.

Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

Skills
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Experience
Minimum 4 years in Treasury Operations handling FX, MM, Investment, Derivatives, Collateral Management and Nostro Cash Management functions, with at least 1 year of experience in handling Islamic Treasury products.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance or Accounting
