The Senor Application Analyst will provide functional support, design, oversight and guidance of the clinical applications across M42 facilities. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of all clinical application projects. Participation in on-call support is required.
Responsibilities
Expertise in a minimum of two healthcare clinical application modules/applications as information technology support analyst
Expertise in Cerner Health Systems: Firstnet, PowerChart, SurgiNet, Core, CCL Reports, HNA & Security, Registration/Scheduling, PathNet & Blood Bank
Experienced in one or more integration systems and HL7 / FSI
Work closely with management and senior leadership in delivering results/Outcomes
Assists in collecting and documenting workflow and gathering of requirements from various clinical stakeholders
Ability to analyse queries as related to functionality of the clinical applications
Ability to write clinical rules using Discern Expert
Ability to write Registration RulesAssist with testing activities; tests new application releases in conjunction with established change control processes
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in information technology, Healthcare
Experience
6-8 years of experience in clinical support/implementation application, healthcare operations experience of equivalent experience
Experience in Electronic Medical systems (EMR) and associated workflow of tier1 EMR\xe2\x80\x99s such as EPIC or Cerner
Established project manager of large[1]scale projects of 2-6 team members, with experience executing on structured Project Management methodology
Preferred experience with Cerner Millennium products
