Senior Analyst- SAP ETM/PM and DMS

Core Responsibilities

SAP Application support to deliver the completion of SAP Service Requests within the expected SLAs, KPIs and within budget constrains (if any) meeting expectations of EO key users and business process owners.

• Work with project internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful SAP IT service request delivery
• Should have managed projects as well as SAP support assignments for minimum 10 years & should have exposure to Change Management
• Strong coordination and cross team collaboration skills

Manage stakeholders (Key Users and Business Process Owners) in documenting future business requirements and defining suitable application solutions in alignment with the EO's organizational goals and best business practices

Knowledge in designing SAP non-standard developments and applications e.g. interfaces specific to the construction, engineering and facility maintenance industry.

Primary Skill Set:

o SAP Plant Maintenance (No. 1)- Must Expertise

o SAP Equipment and Tools Management (No. 2)- Must Expertise

o SAP Document Management (No. 3)

The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP PM have to be covered:

o PM Master Data Process and configuration

o Reactive Maintenance Process & Configuration

o Preventative Maintenance Process & Configuration

o Corrective Maintenance Process & Configuration

o Timesheet for Work order Process & Configuration

o Material planning for work order process & Configuration

o Integration process knowledge to FI/CO, HCM, MM and PS and configuration

The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP ETM have to be covered:

o ETM Master Data Process (Fleet & Recipient) and configuration

o ETM request, planning port and shipping document process and configuration

o BPE- based performance equipment

o SD orders, settlement process and billing document process and configuration.

o Integration process knowledge to FI/CO, PS, ETM and PM as well as configuration

o Knowledge about the procurement process in SAP MM

The following Key knowledge areas in the area of SAP DMS have to be covered:

o DMS management process and configuration (Document Type Configuration)

o Workflow concept & process

Designing non-standard developments and applications e.g. interfaces related to the facility management & construction industry.

Working closely with all business stakeholders (internal and external) defining requirements and providing functional solutions. This will include the preparation of master data and extraction of transactional data from various systethe ms, definition of user roles and authorizations, developing report layouts, creating end user documentation and training curriculum, and working with the necessary stakeholders to conduct end user training (all where applicable)

Responsible for all primary support & further enhancement of the Plant Maintenance, Equipment and Tools Management and Document Management applications. This will involve liaison with the affected business parties in the resolution of such issues and further streamline business process by implementing business process enhancements. This activity may require extensive forms of communication with both internal and external business partners

Focus on the core SAP application assigned to them, but not limited to that skill set. Additional SAP functional applications may be assigned that are aligned with the core skill set and therefore cross skilling in other functional areas is expected and encouraged

Actively participate in the complete development lifecycle of all applicable projects relating to their assigned SAP functional applications, including requirements gathering, analysis and recommendations, solution design, implementation, testing and documentation.

Educational Qualifications

B.Sc.- Information Technology or equivalent, or higher, and

Major in Operations Management, or equivalent

SAP Certification in the core functional module (PM or other)

Years of Experience

10 or more years' experience in SAP Plant Maintenance, Equipment & Tools Management and Document Management applications and implementations

4-6 full cycle implementations

4-6 years in a core functional SAP support (preferably Plant Maintenance), or

Technical Competencies

Plant Maintenance Processes- Expert

Facilities Management Processes - Expert

Document Management Systems Processes- Advanced

People Management- Advanced

Communication and Presentation Skills- Advanced

Business Process Modeling - Advanced
