The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between AI research and practical, scalable applications with a focus on healthcare innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * AI Solution Design and Development: Architect, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models customized to solve complex challenges in healthcare and other business domains.

• Applied Research: Translate cutting-edge AI research into deployable solutions addressing real-world industry problems.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, review code, and guide the team on best practices in AI and machine learning development.
• Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from ideation, data acquisition, and model training to deployment and evaluation.
