As a

Senior AI QA Engineer

, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies for generative AI and machine learning solutions for our banking client. You will lead the quality assurance process, ensuring that the client's AI systems are robust, secure and aligned with industry regulations. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming financial services with reliable AI technologies. We offer a hybrid work model with a mix of remote and on-site work at our client's office in Lusail.

Responsibilities

Design and implement test plans and methodologies tailored for AI and ML solutions, including generative AI technologies Validate data pipelines and assess AI model outputs for accuracy, reliability and performance Develop and optimize automated test frameworks for scalable, repeatable QA processes Execute functional, performance, regression and compliance testing in adherence to financial industry standards Collaborate effectively with developers, data scientists, QA specialists and business stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly Ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and other financial regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or in a related field 7+ years of software QA experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to testing AI/ML systems, particularly generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLMs) Proficiency with automated testing tools such as Selenium or AI-specific QA frameworks Solid understanding of SDLC, QA best practices and compliance standards Familiarity with data protection laws and financial compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR) Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work seamlessly in cross-functional teams
