Job Description

Take ownership of T&C and maintenance of Socomec UPS systems in UAE and the Middle East. Act as the senior technical reference for troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and complex system integrations. Lead service delivery for major accounts (Data Centers, Banking, Healthcare, Government, etc.). Support the deployment of new Socomec UPS technologies and provide training to customers. Ensure compliance with Socomec and customer safety standards at all times. Deliver professional customer reports and feedback within defined timelines. Update ERP/CRM systems with accurate and real-time service data. Identify and share upgrade and replacement opportunities in collaboration with the sales team. Reports directly to the Middle East Service Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical experience). 5+ years of proven field experience with Socomec UPS systems. Strong exposure to major accounts and critical infrastructures. Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus; French is an advantage). High flexibility to travel across the Middle East (~30%).
