Job Responsibilities
Expert in Excel spreadsheets, advanced Excel systems, and systematic data management; an Excel-focused professional who uses Excel as an operational system, not basic tables
Design, build, and maintain complex Excel trackers that function as internal systems for real estate operations
Create, manage, and control Excel sheets for properties, units, tenants, contracts, payments, cheques, vacancies, Ejari, invoices, and task workflows
Maintain extreme accuracy, consistency, and structure across all Excel files at all times
Update data daily and ensure zero missing or incorrect entries
Prepare summaries, dashboards, and reports directly from Excel for management review
Handle all daily real estate administrative and office operations
Manage and coordinate leasing, property management, and building-related tasks
Maintain complete records of properties, units, tenants, and contracts
Handle documentation for new leases, renewals, terminations, and notices
Track tenant move-ins and move-outs
Track monthly tenant payment status and outstanding balances
Maintain cheque schedules and payment tracking
Manage Ejari applications, renewals, cancellations, and expiry tracking
Track vacant and occupied units across all buildings
Maintain building-wise operational and activity logs
Coordinate documentation related to property and building management
Track maintenance requests, approvals, and closures
Handle operational correspondence with tenants, brokers, building management, and service providers
Ensure all emails and communications are followed up and properly documented
Organize, file, and maintain all real estate documents digitally with correct naming and structure
Track contract expiries, renewals, and compliance deadlines
Monitor daily workloads and ensure tasks are completed on time
Identify delays, risks, and operational issues and report them immediately
Support management with clear, accurate, real-time operational information
Maintain high standards of discipline, focus, accountability, and reliability
Manage multiple priorities under pressure without missing details
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
