Senior Accountant

to join our dynamic finance team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy

Senior Accountant

with proven experience in real estate and property management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in modern accounting systems and have strong analytical skills using Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations for property management and real estate transactions Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets Monitor accounts receivable/payable and reconcile accounts Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and financial regulations Implement and optimize accounting workflows using tech tools and ERP systems Collaborate with other departments to streamline property management processes Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate/property management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) Strong knowledge of accounting systems such as

PACT, Zoho Books, and Odoo

Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital transformation and ERP systems Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and VAT laws is a plus
