Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate operations and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Conduct financial analysis to support real estate investment decisions. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and real estate accounting standards. Collaborate with the real estate team to manage budgets and forecasts. Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors. Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning for real estate projects. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the

UAE.

Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
